As a former corporate marketing executive, I’m all about value and market positioning. I’ve had my real estate license since 2005 and have nicely blended my strategic, creative, business and intuitive skills with my knowledge of real estate and the area.
My passion is in helping people. In the real estate business, I enjoy helping people find that perfect property that exceeds their expectations. I want my clients to be overjoyed. I started my nearly 25 year career in the field as an appraiser in Raleigh where my husband and I raised our two children. This foundation in appraising gave me a unique and valuable background into real estate. Over the past 20 years, I grew my reputation and awards and was even listed as one of the top 25 agents in the Raleigh/Durham (Triangle) area in the Triangle’s “Book of Lists.” Although the awards and top lists are great, the most important thing to me is my clients and how they feel and how satisfied they are with my service.
Most of my former clients have been repeat clients and given me referrals which has helped my business grow. I am happy to say, too, that they are not only clients but have become friends. The most satisfying experience since moving my business and family to Southport, is that many have come to me to help them sell their homes in Wake County and find them new homes or a second home in Brunswick County. I love it!!! It is so special!
Although Brunswick County is where my life and focus in now directed, I can still refer in the Triangle area. That gives me a chance to take care of former clients and provide access to my intense knowledge of that market, too.
