Growing up in the Raleigh area and spending every free moment in Southport & Oak Island was what set the stage for James’ true passion for the Cape Fear Region and all our local towns. As a true maritimer and outdoorsman, he knows what makes our area unique and so very special.
After relocating from Raleigh to the Southport/Leland area in 2013, James is committed to joining his family in the real estate business. He has had the bug from the start. Loving the east coast and wanting to help others find their dream primary, second, vacation or investment property is now his focus. His goal is trying to help a buyer or seller achieve the best possible price with the best possible terms.
Making the most of any day is the motto James lives by. Passions and past times are golfing, fishing and boating.
